I've had an ongoing and fairly complex business and personal tax issue with both NYS and the IRS. Tim's experience, knowledge of the system and persistence enabled him to accomplish a resolution that was quite favorable.

For the past few years, I've been working with Tim. Because I had not filed for several years, the IRS audited me. The IRS stated I had back taxes, but in actuality I was due a refund. Tim helped me resolve things quickly. Tim is very responsive and helped me save money. I would strongly suggest his services to anybody seeking an honest and smart tax lawyer.

I cannot recommend Tim Hart enough! A few years back he helped me sort out back taxes issues and I've been using him ever since. I live in another state and mail him my tax return. His turnaround time is always great, and he's very responsive over email or phone if I have any questions. On top of that, his fees are very reasonable. Highly recommend!
