I've been working with James Cha, CPA for about 20 years. Both my business and personal tax needs have been taken care of wonderfully. His team has solved many tax problems. I'm confident they'll get me favorable tax solutions if I ever run into any tax issues. They offer reliable and trustworthy service in the most professional manner. PROS: The fee is excellent for the quality of services rendered. -All information is shared in detail and in a timely fashion. -Expertise with both state and federal tax laws and strategies. CONS: I have not encountered any cons.

I had a major tax issue for 2 years due to Covid and a wrongful termination and could not pay my tax bills. James and his team worked with the IRS during trying times as the IRS was impossible to reach. Additionally their website was, and still is, horrid. James not only set up a settlement plan but kept on top of it when the plan never came through from the IRS due to lost payment I made to the IRS. The plan had to be 'reset' and he took care of it. I'd highly recommend his services if you need help. It takes the stress out of trying to work with the IRS.

Over the past several years, my wife and I tried hard to refinance our home to pay down our federal back tax of over $232,000.
